STEP 1: Applying to be CONSIDERED for international competitions (not the entering process):

Coaches are required to submit applications for their athletes to be considered for international participation during the period between the publication of the National Rankings and the next International Selection Committee (ISC) meeting. This ensures that all eligible athletes are reviewed in time for international assignment decisions.

STEP 2: Applying to ENTER international competitions (compulsory for all entries):

Following the International Selections meeting where athletes applied to be considered for international events, all coaches must submit applications for their athletes to enter any competition—whether a club event or ISU competition—using the designated online forms. Judges, officials, team leaders, and medical staff are also required to complete the same process for accreditation purposes.

 

If the application is unsuccessful, the province & coach can appeal the decision by:

I understand that providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification. I further agree to abide by the final decision of the SAFSA Appeals Panel, acknowledging it as binding and made in accordance with the established appeals process.
