Friday 11 Oct 11h00 - 18h00 (Non-Nationals)
Saturday 12 Oct 06h30 - 12h00 (National Short programs)
Sunday 15 Oct 06h00 - 15h00 (National Finals)

One posed photograph is included in your entry fee and will be taken after your first skate. Any additional posed or podium photographs to be organised directly with the photographer at R40 each.

Action photographs on disc: Pay directly to photographer at Registration on Thursday to book your skater's action photo's. Only skaters who have paid in advance will have their action photo's taken.  Cost: R150 for one program and R200 for two programs.

Spectator fee:
R30 per person per session available at the door
R10 children under 12 per session
R10 Club member per session
Season ticket R70 all events on arrival or at registration.

Official practice times will be on Friday morning 11th October 06:00-12:30 – for visiting skaters only plus Thursday evening 10th Oct 18h00-20h00:
Practice groups to be announced after the Draw.

Registration will take place on Thursday 10th Oct upstairs in the function room from 18:00 – 20:00, where nametags, gifts and any further information will be distributed.

All music, On CD – separate CD for short and Long, clearly marked with Name and Section to be handed in at registration on Thursday.
Please also have a back up of your music available during the event for any emergencies as well as at unofficial practices.

All SAFSA membership subs must be up to date, and the three month rule will be enforced.

All skaters are invited to a Spur Meal on Friday 11th Oct at 18:00, and a voucher will be included in your pack at registration to present to the waitron as payment.
A group area will be designated for the skaters which will be directed by the Spur staff upon arrival.
Coaches and parents are welcome to join at their own expenses, but the skaters must sit together in the designated area for billing purposes – the parents to arrange their own seating with the waitron.

Photographs will be taken after your first skate free of charge. – Any additional photo’s to be arranged and paid for directly with the photographer.

Please be at the rink at least 30 minutes prior to your section, in case the competition runs ahead of time.

Only well-wrapped items, fluffy toys and wrapped flowers are allowed to be thrown onto the ice. No loose sweets or breakable items permitted.

A parade of ALL competitors will take place on Sunday at 13:30 – competition dress- Provincial track suits – no blazers - and skaters will remain on the ice during the awards ceremony. All skaters will receive a certificate of participation and the podium places a medal.
